Job Summary:
We at Prographer are looking for an ambitious HR professional to oversee all functions of our Human Resources department and provide support to our employees across departments. The HR professional will serve as the leader of the company’s human resources team. He/she will be required to develop policies, direct and coordinate human resources activities, and manage company assets.

Responsibilities:
- Ensure that staffing needs are being met with a long-term strategy in mind.
- Devise and implement sourcing strategies, such as an employer branding initiative, to build pipelines for potential applicants.
- Create and implement end-to-end hiring processes to ensure a positive experience for candidates.
- Form close relationships with hiring managers to ensure clear expectations for candidates and interviewers.
- Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties.
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources executives.
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).
- Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.).
- Coordinate HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.) and take minutes.
- Handle employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, etc.).
- Communicate with public services when necessary.
- Handle complaints and grievance procedures.
- Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
- Conduct initial orientation for newly hired employees.
- Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates and updating our database.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an HR Manager, or in a relevant human resources/administrative position.
- Fast computer typing skills (MS Office, in particular).
- Hands-on experience with an HRIS or HRMS.
- Familiarity with ATS software and resume databases.
- Basic knowledge of labor laws.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills.
- Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
